Oak Assets
Advancing nature-based, climate-resilient and low-carbon infrastructure for smallholder farmers and SME agribusiness

Oak Assets seeks to identify, develop, and manage sustainable infrastructure across the agriculture and food sectors in specific emerging markets. Our strategic focus is firmly directed towards improving food production, industrial capabilities, and logistics networks in a sustainable way.
We aim to create meaningful sustainable impact to achieve the SDGs, alongside supporting economic growth through infrastructural assets. We are committed to aligning every strategic decision and operation with global sustainable development goals, ensuring that our core mission delivers regenerative, climate-smart and decarbonisation infrastructure for a net zero future.
What We Believe
Our Mission
To create satisfactory value for our stakeholders and deliver impactful returns through sustainable growth.
Our Vision
We aim to manage a portfolio that improves the need for sustainable infrastructure in the countries we are in.
Our Values
Our core values based on integrity, transparency, loyalty, lawfulness and responsibility wherever we operate.
What we do
Upstream
Agrivoltaics • Farm Facilities
Midstream
Packinghouses • Processing Plants
Downstream
Special Storage • Distribution Centers
We make investments in greenfield food systems infrastructure projects including specialised or mixed-use small-scale agro-industrial park projects to assist smallholder farmers and SME agribusiness. Our investments aim to ensure modern and efficient farming, primary production, food processing, and storage infrastructure, and robust distribution networks connecting farms to markets.
We have adopted new methods of deploying agricultural infrastructure, which allow smallholder farmers to generate more income streams beyond the traditional way they operate. We develop value chain infrastructure for them so they can benefit from the commodities they produce until they reach out to the market. Our investments in sustainable infrastructure can help smallholder farmers tackle climate change, reduce post-harvest losses, and improve access to finance, fair prices, and markets.
Impact Strategy
We invest our time to understand local smallholder communities, real economy and value chains. We can design infrastructure projects that not only contribute directly to economic prosperity but also empower communities and build resilient infrastructure.
Sustainable Agriculture: With the aim to transform unused, unproductive or conventional farmland through agrivoltaics farming and regenerative agriculture.
Resilient Infrastructure: Improve the agri-infrastructure that protects farms from climate change, reduces food loss, and minimises greenhouse gas emissions.
Green Infrastructure: Utilize on-site solar power and high-efficiency appliances to generate as much energy as it needs annually, reducing operational carbon to zero.
